Event pricing is based on occupancy.  Parties with 50 Guest or less pay a minimum of 2 (two) hours for $250.00 and $100.00 an hour thereafter.  Parties with 50 guests or more are billed at a rate of $10.00 per person.  Set-up, break down, tables and chairs are included.

Most our facilites allow third party caterers, outside food, and non-alcoholic beverages to be brought in.  If the facility allows this option, it will appear under the facilites information as "Outside food & non-alcoholic beverages allowed."

Policy States: No signs, decorations, props or exhibits shall be affixed to any item on the premises, including, but not limited to, floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture. Exceptions will be considered on an event by event basis.

The Guest or group booking the facility is responsible for the removal of all signs, decorations, props, exhibits or like articles.

Answer

Yes.  Sweet Sixteens, graduations, and Quinceaneras are allowed with a deposit of $1,500.00.  Event Peer's policies for events held for minors are enforced.  See Event Peer's Policies.
